If you wish to return items, please tick the relevant items on the form and enclose this return form in the parcel. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Of course, you can open the plastic bags and try the items on - just be careful not to damage or soil them.
•⁠ ⁠If a return label is included and you use it, €3.50 will be deducted from the refund for returns within Germany and €5.95 for international returns. All customs fees incurred on international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
•⁠ ⁠If your purchase was part of a promotion and the return causes the total purchase amount to fall below the promotional amount, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
•⁠ ⁠If your order does not include a pre-printed return label, please send the items to the address below. For more information about our return policy, please visit our website or contact our customer service team.
If you want to exchange the items, for example for a different size, you should place a new order in our online store. This will ensure a quick delivery and avoid complications, as your invoice will match the items received.

Note for returns:

- The order must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

- Damaged or worn items cannot be returned.

- Return the items in their original packaging with the label attached.

- Please enclose this completed return form.

- The corresponding amount will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of the return.
